Insaas.ai promotes sustainable products through automated market research and receives the German Award for Sustainability Projects 2022 for it

Munich, 09.06.2022 – Insaas.ai wins 1st place of the “German Award for Sustainability Projects 2022” in the category “Assessment Concepts”. In this category, the companies OceanSafe and Merck were already awarded last year.

Insaas.ai receives the award for its software solution to create sustainable products with the help of artificial intelligence. Insaas.ai’s software platform simplifies data-based market and customer analysis through automation. The benefit is that companies can gain direct insights into the consumer’s point of view based on thousands of texts (emails, support tickets, blogs, forum posts, etc.) in near real-time. Insaas.ai ensures that all departments of a company (service, product, marketing) can make quick decisions on a monthly basis with this data in order to develop customer-oriented offers. With VAUDE, Insaas.ai has already won a customer in 2021 that has already implemented this approach and is further developing it in cooperation.

Insaas.ai’s offering is self-sustainable, as existing data is collected for the approach without any new effort. As a company, Insaas.ai is cloud-native and uses shared services. This means that computing resources are used only when needed, producing results with the least amount of energy. The team works “remote first” and virtually. In this way, the expense for work routes and infrastructure is minimized.

The German Award for Sustainability Projects 2022 was presented for the second time by the German Institute for Service Quality, the news channel ntv and the DUP UNTERNEHMER magazine. A jury from business, science and media chaired by Yvonne Zwick, Chairwoman of B.A.U.M. e.V., evaluated the nominations received. The patron of the event is Brigitte Zypries, former Federal Minister.

For Insaas.ai, managing director Dr. Korbinian Spann had the pleasure of accepting the jury’s award. Dr. Spann commented: “We are very pleased to receive this award as proof of our efforts for sustainable product development. I am convinced that the analysis of customer feedback from all channels is the key to customer-oriented products and services that can be used more sustainably and consume fewer resources.”

With this approach, Insaas will develop sustainable products specifically for manufacturers, insurance and healthcare to realize the benefits of data-driven market research for these industries.
