Lively discussions and new insights: This was the first Expert Panel

The first Expert Panel by Insaas took place on July, 25th 2019, at Mindspace, Viktualienmarkt in Munich. 30 experts from companies like Bearing Point, Google, Bosch Siemens Home Appliances and Daiichi Sankyo discussed practical examples of how to apply customer feedback for different businesses.

Maria Meiler (Google & BCG) introduced a case on a feedback-driven campaign for a German bank. She realized this case while she was working with Google. One of the major learnings in this case was that feedback-based marketing performed much better. The outcome was that brand campaigns for a new product can be very successful when customer feedback is considered. Read more here.

Dr. Korbinian Spann (CEO Insaas) as the second speaker explained why 80% of product launches fail today. Furthermore, he highlighted why companies should use customer feedback to create decision memos. The problem is that an abundance of unstructured data makes it very hard to analyze and digest the input from customers. Therefore, Insaas focuses on a tailor-made solution for industries like Class of Insurance and Pharma to structure and aggregate the data. Dashboards as simple as the weather forecast are the goal of Insaas.


The participants enjoyed playing around with more ideas connected to Insaas´ area of expertise. In the end, the group took the opportunity to network in a relaxed atmosphere at Mindspace. We enjoyed everybody’s company and contributions. We certainly hope to see everyone again at the next Expert Panel in October to share new, exciting ideas.
